Easter 2009!

We had an awesome Easter this year! Ryan had to work on Sunday so we celebrated on Saturday.. The Easter bunny (aka Ryan) made sure the kids had plenty of eggs to find. He made a cute treasure map and had all the kids running around the yard to get all the eggs. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for some of the lute, we also couldn't have gotten our eggs done without Grandpa's Drop Cloth. As you can see Skyler was pretty much wearing all the die on his hands.. He fell asleep that night with his hand on his eye and he had a blue eye the next day..lol It all Ended with an awesome dinner at Grandma's and Grandpa's. Its nice to have dinner as a family again!

Kenny and Jamie Garrett said...: Looks like you guys had a really fun Easter! The kids' outfits are super cute--Taylor is getting so tall! And your belly is really big! Since it's just Kenny and me I almost forgot about Easter altogether. Kenny surprised me with an "Easter" basket of stuff (actually he put it together in a laundry basket, ha ha). He found a jumper outfit on sale for me and went and got me some books I've had on hold at a used book store, and he got me some candy, and he got me a camping pillow for cheap (since our Sportsmans is going out of business). I had no idea and I feel bad that I didn't get him anything. I'll have to make it up to him. Then we had dinner and hung out in Malad. It was fun. :); April 14, 2009 at 11:38 AM

Skylers pumpkin

So this weekend we decided to go to the pumpkin patch which has become a tradition every year....The very first Pumpkin Skyler came across he grabbed and threw in the wagon.. We all watched in aww because it was pretty heavy! Needless to say he was satisfied! What was even funnier was that Maddie found the BIGGEST pumpkin in the patch.. which put Taylor on a mission to find one even bigger than her little sisters...
In the end she didn't find a bigger pumpkin but one that was "good enough" lol....
